I am confused regarding all these different types of media and what kind I may have. Where do I start?

No worries, we will sort it out for you. You can check out our Media Guide to learn more about the different formats if you are inquisitive.

Do you still video and photograph weddings, graduations, birthdays, etc.?

Our only traditional photographic/video service is our “I Remember When™” life story interview. For this service, we come to your location of choice to professionally record that special someone's life story. See our I Remember When™ page for more information.

What if I want prints made of my restored photos, do you offer that service?

Yes, once you have approved the restoration, we have numerous options available to you with metal prints being a very popular option.

Will I be charged if my tape has no video on it?

You will never be charged if we can’t transfer your media. Sadly, a lot of magnetic-based video and audio tapes have a shelf life and many are degrading now.

Why do people seem to be cut off on the edges of my prints?

The photo processor likely cropped your photo, losing up to 20% of the original image. We go edge to edge, thus restoring those cropped details, and bringing them back to life.
